Shirt Sizing - Run true to size. All shirts are UNISEX

(Care Instructions) 
To care for your apparel, wash with cold/warm water, inside out is best. Tumble Dry LOW or line dry. Items are pre-shrunk. However, to avoid and prevent and further shrinkage, avoid drying the shirt on highest heat or drying it for an extended period of time. If needed, you can iron the shirt on a low heat with shirt inside out. It is not recommended to iron directly over the image but on the back inside of it. With proper care, your item will stay looking great for a long time to come.
